In order to organize our work efficiently and satisfactory please respect some general rules:
- Priority for the person who booked over the person who did not book
- If you book a desk and don’t use it – please cancel the booking in the system so that others can use the desk
- Tidy desk – please keep all the desks clean and leave them neat for the next person who will use them, please clean the white-boards and remove all the items you used
Please also make sure that your students follow these rules.
General information:
- At the moment bookings are possible for the period of max. 180 days
- Each booking (as well as a change or cancellation) is followed by an email confirmation with an .ics-file (which you can implement in your calendar) – there is no email confirmation for recurring booking
- Using the system you acknowledge that you are aware of the IT-regulations at FAU : FAU IT-Richtlinie and FAU IT-Rahmendienstvereinbarung (IT-RDV)
